USAGE/UTILITY OF FLEXIBLE FIBEROPTIC BRONCHOSCOPY IN ADULT INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

AMAÇ: Fleksibl fiberoptik bronkoskopi (FOB); yoğun bakım ünitesinde hem tanı ve de tedavi amaçlı olarak yaygın kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; ünitemizde yapılan FOB’ların endikasyonları, tedaviye katkılarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: prospektif çalışmya Afyonkarahisar Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi ünitesinde, Ekim 2021 Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında, yatırılarak FOB işlemi 30 hasta dahil edildi. Tüm hastaların yaş, cinsiyet, işlemine ait komplikasyonlar, işlem öncesi sonrası oksijen satürasyonları PaO2 verileri değerlendirildi.BULGULAR: Çalışmaya alınan 23‘ü (%76,7) erkekti. Bronskopi endikasyonları incelendiğinde %83,3'ünün hastada mukus sekresyon temizlenmesi, %10’unun atelektazi %6,7’sinin ise kanama odağı belirlenmesi için yapıldığı görüldü. İşlem sırasında 11 (%36,7) satürasyon düşüklüğü vardı. sonrası, arteryel kan gazında değerlerinde istatistiksel anlamlı artış saptandı.SONUÇ: Fiberoptik fleksibl bronkoskopi, ünitelerinde çeşitli endikasyonlar uygulanan bir işlemdir. Çalışmamızda bronkoskopinin komplikasyon oranının düşük olduğunu tedavisine katkı sağladığını gözlemledik.
